INSTRUCTIONS

We’re delighted to welcome you to San Diego and our BNB property! To ensure a smooth check-in process and an enjoyable stay, please follow the instructions below:

Check-In and Check-Out:

  • Your reservation Check in time is 4:00 pm. Early check-ins may be accommodated based on availability, so feel free to reach out if you have special requests.
  • Your reservation Check out time is 10:00am

Address:

  • Our BNB is located in San Diego, CA. The specific address will be sent to you directly depending on your method of booking.

Key Access:

  • You will have a unique, temporary code to be used at the front door electronic lock. The code will be last 4 digits of your phone number.
  • How to use Smart Lock:
  • 1.  Press Yale Button to activate keypad
  • 2.  Enter 4 digit code
  • 3.  Press check mark button in lower left

Parking:

  • There is space for parking two vehicles in tandem on the drive way. If you have additional vehicles, please street park.

Wi-Fi Information:

  • Connect to our Wi-Fi network using the following credentials:
    • Network Name: BayParkBNBGuest
    • Password: bayparkbnbsd1855!

House Rules:

Please take a moment to review the following house rules:

  • Maximum 15 guests
  • No pets
  • No parties/events without prior approval – subject to 1500$ fine
  • No smoking or vaping of any kind, no illegal substances – subject to additional cleaning fees if found in violation
  • Please remove shoes in the home
  • No commercial photography without prior approval

Special notes:

  • Extra linens: Extra pillowcases, sheets and blankets are located in the closets of each room.
  • Games: located in the closet between the queen and kids room in the front home and in the media center of the rear ADU
  • Toys: located in the bookshelf of the kids bedroom with the trundle bed. Pack n’play and high chair available upon advanced request.
  • Climate control: The AC and heat is controlled with the small wall-mounted nest units. Adjust settings with thermostat as desired from the preset schedule.  Please set these to “Away” when leaving the home. The thermostat is touch screen (icons in the bottom of the screen). Turn dial to change the temperature temporarily.

Check out process:

  • Basic Cleaning:
    • Please clean up after yourselves, including loading dishes into and starting the dishwasher, putting trash in designated bins, and tidying up.
  • Turn Off Appliances:
    • Please turn off lights, air conditioning, heating, and unplug any other appliances.
  • Bed Linens and Towels:
    • Please pull back top comforter on used beds so we know to change linens.  If the trundle bed was used, please keep it pulled out.  Leave any extra used pillows on the beds and we will put them back in the closet.
    • Please place used towels on the floor/counter or in washer.
  • Trash Disposal:
    • Trash and recycling is located in a pull out cabinet to the left of the sink (trash in front, recycling in rear). When bins are full, please empty into larger receptacles to the left of the house (when facing the front door).
    • Green waste (including all meats and cheeses) can be placed into the bin on the counter, when this is full or odorous, please empty into the green bin on the side of the house.
    • Trash collection is Wednesday morning. Please walk bins to the bottom of the driveway on Tuesday evening for pick-up.
  • Final Walkthrough:
    • Please do a final walkthrough to ensure you haven’t left any personal belonging behind!
    • Please check drawers, closets, and bathrooms.
  • Feedback Request:

    • We kindly request feedback on any experience for continuous improvement.  Please leave us a review on your booking site and leave us a note in the guest book located on the dining table if you have time!
